Track Your Order

Every order ships fully tracked with Australia Post or NZ Post. As soon as your parcel is on its way you receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow it.

Where is my tracking number?

Check the dispatch email we sent you (look in your promotions or spam folder too). The tracking number is also shown in your order confirmation once the parcel has shipped.

Tracking not updating?

It can take 24–48 hours after dispatch for the first scan to appear. If nothing has changed for 7 business days, email info@shapeswardrobe.com with your order number and we will chase it with the carrier.
