These Terms & Conditions apply to every purchase from shapeswardrobe.com, operated by ATTOH COMMERCE LTD, trading as Shapes Wardrobe. By placing an order you agree to them. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
1. About us
Shapes Wardrobe is a trading name of ATTOH COMMERCE LTD, company number 17242162, registered at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We sell clothing, footwear and accessories for women and men to customers in Australia and New Zealand.
2. Placing an order
You must be 18 or older to order. When you place an order you make an offer to buy; a contract is formed when we send your order confirmation email. We may decline or cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, you are refunded in full.
3. Prices and payment
All prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. Shipping is free. Payment is taken at the time of order through the methods shown at checkout (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay). Payments are processed securely by our payment providers; we do not store your card details. See our Payment & Transactions page for details.
4. Discounts and promotions
Our Stack & Save discount (10% off 2 pieces, 15% off 3, 20% off 4 or more) is applied automatically at checkout to eligible items and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless we say so. Sale prices and promotions are valid for the period stated and while stock lasts. If items from a discounted order are returned, the discount is recalculated on the items you keep.
5. Product information
We do our best to show colours, fabrics and measurements accurately, but screens differ and small variations can occur. Size guides on each product page are a guide; if you are between sizes, email us before ordering and we will help you choose.
6. Delivery
We deliver to Australia and New Zealand only. Processing and delivery times are estimates and are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us.
7. Returns and refunds
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, as described in our Return & Refund Policy. Faulty or incorrect items are replaced or refunded at our cost.
8. Your consumer rights
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law and the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.
9. Intellectual property
The content of this website, including text, photography, logos and design, belongs to ATTOH COMMERCE LTD or its licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.
10. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review or other content, you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on our store and marketing. Content must be your own, honest and not offensive or unlawful. We may remove content that breaks these rules.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorised access, or use it for anything unlawful.
12. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. This does not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by law, including under the consumer laws referred to above.
13. Privacy
We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.
14. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version on the site when you place your order applies to that order.
15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without affecting the mandatory consumer protections you have under the laws of Australia or New Zealand. Any dispute may be brought in the courts of your home country.
