Orders & delivery

Where do you deliver?

Australia and New Zealand. Shipping is free on every order.

How long does delivery take?

Orders are packed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes about 5–10 business days in Australia and 6–12 in New Zealand, fully tracked with Australia Post or NZ Post.

How do I track my order?

You get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is on its way. You can also check it any time on our Track Your Order page.

Can I change or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as it hasn't been dispatched. Email us straight away with your order number.

Returns

What is your return policy?

30 days from delivery, unworn with tags attached, no restocking fee. Change-of-mind returns are sent back at your cost; faulty or wrong items are on us. Full details in our Return & Refund Policy.

Can I exchange for another size?

Yes. Mention the size you need in your return email and we reserve it for you.

When do I get my refund?

Within 10 business days of your return arriving, back to your original payment method.

Sizing & products

How do I pick the right size?

Every product page has a size guide with measurements in cm and inches. Between sizes? Email us and we'll help.

Do you sell both women's and men's clothing?

Yes. Shapes Wardrobe is a store for women and men, with pieces chosen for fit, fabric and how they hold up.

Payment

Which payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. All payments are processed securely in AUD.

How does Stack & Save work?

Add 2 pieces for 10% off, 3 for 15% or 4 or more for 20%. Mix and match across the whole store; the discount is applied automatically at checkout.
